THE POLYMER

Derived from renewable castor oil, PA11 is a 100% bio-based polymer that provides outstanding chemical resistance, low moisture absorption and high durability. SUPERLIGHT TECHNOLOGY

Xenia’s SuperLight technology, combined with carbon fiber reinforcement, results in a lighter and more structural filament. XECARB® PA11-CF-SL delivers a 15% increase in tensile modulus and up to a 10% weight reduction compared to standard carbon fibre-reinforced PA11 filament.
