Xenia Materials is expanding its distribution network by partnering with a new distributor for its 3DF Materials range of filaments, developed for FFF/FDM 3D printing applications.
The XECARB PA11-CF-SL, XECARB PA12-CF-ST e XELIGHT PEBA filaments are now available through Filament2Print, an e-commerce platform specializing in professional 3D printing materials and solutions, serving customers worldwide.
THREE MATERIALS FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE APPLICATIONS
The collaboration includes three filaments designed for industries where mechanical performance, lightweight design and reliability are key requirements.
XECARB® PA11-CF-SL
A filament based on 100% bio-based Nylon 11 and reinforced with 15% carbon fibre.
Thanks to Xenia’s SuperLight technology, this material combines high mechanical performance with a density of just 0.99 g/cm³, making it ideal for the production of lightweight, stiff and strong parts.

XECARB® PA12-CF-ST
A technical filament based on PA12 and reinforced with 15% carbon fibre. Developed using Xenia’s proprietary Super Tough Upgrade technology, it delivers an outstanding combination of stiffness, mechanical strength and toughness, while maintaining low density.
It is suitable to produce functional components and structural parts for high-performance applications.
XELIGHT® PEBA
A technical PEBA-based filament developed for applications requiring high elastic recovery, flexibility and impact resistance, while maintaining an extremely low density of 0.87 g/cm³.
It is suitable to produce lightweight components for the aerospace, sports and industrial sectors.
