XECARB PVDF-CF is an FFF/FDM 3D printing filament based on PVDF and reinforced with 10% carbon fibre.

The PVDF matrix provides excellent resistance to acids, bases, solvents, hydrocarbons and a wide range of aggressive chemical agents, making XECARB® PVDF-CF particularly suitable for components operating in chemically harsh environments.

The addition of 10% carbon fibre provides the material with electrical conductivity, facilitating the dissipation of electrostatic charges and making it suitable for applications in ATEX environments.

PVDF offers excellent resistance to UV radiation and weathering, maintaining its properties during prolonged exposure to outdoor environments and harsh environmental conditions.

With an HDT of 130 °C, XECARB® PVDF-CF maintains good stability under load at elevated temperatures. The PVDF matrix also provides inherently high flame resistance.

Ideal for the production of functional components for chemically aggressive and high-risk industrial environments, XECARB PVDF-CF is particularly suitable for supports, housings, pump and valve components, and parts exposed to corrosive fluids or requiring electrostatic charge control.
The material is well suited to applications in the chemical processing, oil & gas, semiconductor and industrial sectors, where chemical resistance, electrical conductivity and reliability under demanding operating conditions are key requirements.
